Adegoke Murder: You'll Die By Hanging-Court Tells Dr Rahman Adedoyin
The court found hm and two of his workers guilty as charged.
An Osun High Court, sitting in Oshogbo, has sentenced to death, the owner of Hilton Hotel, Dr Rahman Adedoyin.
He is to die by hanging over the murder of Timothy Adegoke, a postgraduate student of the Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU, in his hotel.
Presiding Judge, Justice Oyebola Ojo, gave the judgement on Tuesday.
According to the judgement, Dr Adedoyin, alongside two of his workers, are guilty as charged, based on the circumstances of the case established by the prosecuting counsel, Femi Falana, SAN.
They were found culpable of conspiracy to commit murder, and unlawful killing of the deceased.
