*Gov Makinde reacts, says those holding the party down need to leave.

For the second time in his bid to become president of Nigeria, former Vice president, Atiku Abubakar, has dumped the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
He made the d8sclosure in a letter transmitted to the chairman of his ward, Jada council area of Adamawa state dated Tuesday, July 14.
"I am writing to formslly resign my membership from the Peoples Democratic Party, with immediate effect," the letter read in part.
According to the former Vee Pee, the resignation became imperative following what he described as the "trajectory" which indicates that the party has veered off track from its founding principles.
Atiku, who did not indicate the identity of the new political party in which he hopes to achieve his presidential ambition wrote:
"It is with a heavy heart that I resign, recognizing the irreconcilable differences that have emerged.
"I wish the party and its leadership all the best in the future. Thank you once again for the oortunities and support."
Meanwhile, a leader of the party and governor of Oyo state, Dapo Abiodun, has waved off the former Vee Pee's action as anything but something to worry about. Declaring that it will not affect the fortunes of the party, the governor pointed that anyone is free to come in or go out.
"The Peoples Democratic Party is an institution. We have freedom of entrance and exut. Anyone that will hold PDP down, it is better for such an individual to quit, " he said.
