Niger Army Attack, 7 Killed, Key Arms Lost

The Nigerien army has again been attacked by terror groups.
The attack, fourth in the series, took place in the Tillaberi region amidst transition tension and disagreement with regional block, the Economic Community of West Africa States, ECOWAS.
Reports say the attackers neutralized seven Nigerien soldiers and took away several military equipment.
Though no further details were made available by the Nigerien military authorities, sources say terror groups have continued to take advantage of the precarious tensed situation in the country to advance their course.
