Nigerian Don Kills Wife, Self In The US

A United States of America, USA based Nigerian lecturer, Professor Dubem Okafor, has killed his wife, Cheyl, dead before killing himself. 

The incident took place in Pennsylvania on Sunday afternoon.

Reports say Prof Okafor, a respected poet and a cousin to the late poet, Christopher Okigbo short his wife Cheryl following their separation a few days earlier, which obviously didn't sit well with him.

He was said to have arranged to meet her at his sister's Pennsylvania home where he rained hot leads into her severally shortly after they arrived separately.

He thereafter turned the gun on himself and released a bullet straight through his own head.

Although no details of why he killed his wife and himself police investigators who confirmed the incident disclosed that small-caliber handgun was retrieved near the bodies, police said.

While the Berks County coroner declared her death as homicide, his was ruled as and suicide.
