Pope Francis Skips Speech Over Health Issues

Catholic Pontiff, Pope Francis, on Thursday, was unable to read his prepared speech at the Vatican following issues with breathing.
This is coming of the heels of a hernia operation he had earlier this month.
"I am still under the effects of anaesthesia, my breathing is not good," Francis disclosed to delegates in a meeting of the Catholic Oriental Church, assuring them however, that they would have a text of the speech.
While responding to a well wisher's enquiry about his health, Pope Francis said,
"I'm still alive."
The Septuagenarian had surgery on June 7 to repair an abdominal hernia and subsequently spent 9 days recuperating in hospital.
He however, returned to a busy schedule upon his return last Friday, meeting both the Brazillian and Cuban Presidents in some of his outings.
The Pope is billed to attend 8 events on Thursday.
