Putin to Unleash Nukes on Ukraine-US Intel

US Intelligence reports say Russian President, Vladimir Putin, may have concluded arrangements to deploy strategic nuclear weapons in the ongoing war in Ukraine.
The disclosure is contained in a report gleaned from a new book, "War" by renowned journalists, Bob Woodward, made famous by his Watergate expose.
The report points to what is described as “highly sensitive, credible conversations inside the Kremlin” clatters which indicate that indeed Putin was seriously considering the use nukes to avoid major battlefield losses.
The report says U.S. intelligence is certain that there is a 50% certainty of the Russian strongman deploying tactical nuclear weapons in the face of Ukrainian forces surrounding about 30,000 Russian troops in fronts around Kherson.
The threat is coming on the heels of Ukrainian troops overwhelmed their Russian counterparts with the capture of Khakiv months earlier, while also threatening to liberate Kherson, a strategic city on the Dnieper River near the Black Sea.
Associated Press, AP, noted that US National Security Adviser, Jake Sullivan starred “with dread” at the intelligence assessment, concluding that it is coming from the best sources and method, a reality that elevated the chances of Russia deploying nukes in Ukraine from 5%, through 10% to now 50%.
The reports also indicate that President Biden, while appraising the situation, ordered Sullivan to “get on the line with the Russians. Tell them what we will do…”
