Coming very closely on the heels of his formal reception of thousands of members of other political party who decamped to the All Progressives Congress, APC, two days ago, Chief Paul Chukwuma, Tuesday afternoon, inaugurated his campaign Manifesto Committee.

He also used the well-attended colourful event to formally present a 2024 model of Toyota Hiace luxury bus, together with the documents and the keys to the Youth Leader, amidst tumultuous cheers by other chieftains and supporters of the party in the state.

Chief Chukwuma earlier received thousands of members and supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, the Young Peoples Party, YPP, and the Labour Party, LP, into the APC in Anambra in support of his campaign for the coming 2025 governorship election.

While inaugurating the Manifesto drafting/formulating Committee, Chief Chukwuma charged the members to put in their best to formulate a document that will be a contractual bond between him and citizens of Anambra State.

That, he would abide by every word of the Manifesto, hence want to be held accountable to it.

"...you are here to kickstart the redemption of our dear Anambra from its fast eroding glory.

"I charge you to give the people a document that every citizen can relate to, and read through easily regardless of one's educational level," he told them.

Chukwuma who is the main contender to the governorship seat in the State under the platform of APC, was a former National Auditor of APC, a widely travelled philanthropist.

He said he does not need 200points agenda, but a short, sole and believable points with key enablers that would touch all human endeavours in the state.

He chose insecurity, air pollution and uninterrupted power supply as the three main thrust of his incoming administration.

Headed by Dr Tony Onyima, with Barrister C.J Chinwuba as Secretary, the 12-member committee has 90-days to complete the assignment.

Chief Chukwuma gave them freedom to coopt more membership in the course of their deliberation, if it becomes necessary.

Thanking Chief Chukwuma for the confidence reposed in them, Dr Onyima assured they would steadfast, diligent and committed in the task
