Eboigbe felicitates With Sen Okpebholo on First Anniversary

Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Esan South-East Local Government Area, Edo state, Hon Victor Eboigbe, has congratulated the governor of the state, Sen Monday Okpebholo, on the occasion of his first-year anniversary.

 Eboigbe, who delivered his felicitations in a statement on Monday, described the governor’s first year in office as remarkable in view of his bold development agenda and compassionate leadership amply brought to bear in his quest to transform the state for the better.

Describing the governor’s one year in office as nothing short of visionary, Eboigbe noted that the governor’s infrastructural renewal and strategic partnership drive in the area of security are a few of the examples that set him out as outstanding in the drive to take what he described as “...a badly accidented Edo vehicle and put it back on the road again.”

“You have endeared yourself to the people not just by the result they are seeing but also your humility, empathy and resolute will. Your actions reflect a deep understanding of the people’s needs. And that has earned you widespread respect and trust.

“Your development agenda is visionary. And you have demonstrated a clear commitment to the state’s rebuilding process by setting it on a path of sustainable progress. And you have taken a badly accidented Edo vehicle, fixed and put it right back on the road again. That is a huge achievement,” he surmised.

According to him; I extend heartfelt congratulations and deep admiration for the transformative strides your administration has made in Edo State since you assumed office a

year ago. In addition to your courageous approach to governance, your people-centric approach has helped in transforming and reshaping the development trajectory of the state in very positive ways,’ he said.
