FCT Insecurity: Gunmen Kill Former Immigration Comptroller General
*Reportedly satched money he collected from bank.

A yet to be identified group of gunmen Tuesday morning shot and killed a former Comptroller General of the Nigerian Immigration Services, David Shikfu Parradang, in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.
Quoting a source, CKNNews, an online news outfit, reported that Parradang was abducted around the Area 1 axis of the FCT, after being trailed from a bank where he had gone to withdraw some money.
His assailants were said to have shot him dead after dispossessing him of the money.
“The tragic incident has raised fresh concerns over security in the Federal Capital Territory, particularly regarding the increasing cases of kidnappings and targeted attacks,” the online medium quoted its source.
Parradang served in the NIS for over 30 years, holding numerous positions across the country, before becoming Comptroller General.
In addition to attending to several courses both within and outside Nigeria, the former Comptroller General also served in stations across the country, including Kano, Lagos, Kwara, Enugu, and the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.
Meanwhile, relevant security agencies, including the police, have launched an extensive investigations with a view to bringing the perpetrators to justice.
