2nd Niger Bridge Security: Police Nab 2 Robbery Suspects

Operatives of the Anambra Police Command, Harbour Division, last week, nabbed two robbers, who were caught dispossessing unsuspecting citizens of their valuables on the Second Niger Bridge.
The Police team, which was on surveillance patrol on the Bridge, received an alert that the suspects were terrorizing commuters along the Obosi end of the bridge.
Acting covertly, the team swooped on the gang and successfully arrested two while other members of the gang fled.
The police team also recovered two daggers and five sim cards removed from stolen phones from the suspects whose age range between 20 and 22 years.
While one of the arrested robbery suspects hails from Enugu state, the other is from neighbouring Ebonyi.
