Developing Story: Osinachi's Husband to Die By Hanging

Peter Nwoachukwu, husband of the late gospel singer, Osinachi, is to die by hanging, an Abuja High Court sitting in Wuse Zone 2, has ruled.

Presiding judge, Justice Nwosu-Iheme, found him guilty of culpable homicide leading to the demise of the deceased gospel singer on April 8, 2022. 

In its ruling on Monday,  the court averred that Nwoachukwu is to die by hanging, emphasizing that the prosecution proved its case beyond all reasonable doubt having proven the burden of proof placed on it by the law.

He was arraigned on June 3, 2022, on a 23-count charge, including culpable homicide, criminal intimidation, cruelty to children, criminal intimidation of children and among others, spousal battery.
