Kano Monarchy Drama Enters New Phase, as court orders Aminu Ado Bayero, 4 others, to vacate office
*Stops them from parading themselves as Emirs

The unfolding drama over the recent removal of the Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado Bayero, and subsequent reinstatement of Sanusi Lamido Sanusi II, shows no sign of a bating.
On Monday, a Kano state high court gave an order, directing the state police commissioner to, with immediate effect, evict the dethroned Bayero from the palace of the Emir.
The court also ordered Bayero, alongside the four other Emirs of the Ganduje-created Emirates-Nasiru Ado Bayero, Bichi; Dr. Ibrahim Abubakar II, Karaye; Kabiru Muhammad Inuwa, Rano and Aliyu Ibrahim Gaya, Gaya, from parading themselves as emirs.
The court order is sequel to an exparte motion filed by the counsel to the applicant, Ibrahim Isa Wangida Esq, before the court.
