Terrorists Showdown: Boko Haram Raids Rival ISWAP Camps, Kills 31 Fighters
*Attacks coming amidst alleged international aid agency sponsorship.

Fighters belonging to the outlawed Jamā'at Ahl as-Sunnah lid-Da'wah wa'l-Jihād terrorist group, also known as Boko Haram, in the early hours of Friday, stormed the camp and and killed scores of fighters of its rival militant groups, the Islamic State West Africa Province, ISWAP.
The violent operation, undertaken by loyalists of led by Bakoura-led Jama’atu Ahlis Sunna Lidda’awati Wal-Jihad, JAS, took place around ISWAP strongholds at Toumbun Gini and Toumbun Ali, in Abadam Local Government Area, LGA, of Borno state.
The well armed militants, security sources said, moved in multiple waterborne vessels before hitting ISWAP bases in what is described as "intense firefight" that went on for hours and ended with the battlegrounds littered with caualties.
Sources also disclosed that several ISWAP high ranking commanders, including those said to be responsible for the gruesome massacre of farmers in Kukawa earlier January.
The attack, said to be the beginning of more, is coming on the heels of allegations that the group may have been receiving support from an international Non-Governmental Organization, NGO.
