Update on Ekiti Varsity Fmr DVC: Abduction, Murder Master-minded by Domestic Staff-DSS

The Department of State Services, DSS, has disclosed that the abduction, subsequent burial of the former Deputy Vice Chancellor, DVC, university of Ado Ekiti, Prof Olurunfemi Oloafe, in a shallow grave were the handiwork of his domestic staff.
The DSS made the revelation in a statement in Ado Ekiti, the state capital, following the discovery of his remains in a shallow grave at a farm settlement along Airport Road, Afao Ekiti.
The department also disclosed that with the conclusion of the investigation, the case will soon be transferred to the State Police Command for prosecution.
The late Pro Olaofe was kidnaped by a 7-man gang who invaded his Plot 12, 15th Avenue residence, Federal Housing Phase II, Ado Ekiti on 9th of July 2024.
